Ya'll Nibbiars we were existing projects on the supertall and Megtall scale since 2010s. But the Heights restrictions ruined it all. And with with some Lenancy. We have 3 Supertall structures already. And will witness more. The Megamall will happen one day but will take time. But till then we can increase the numbers if supertall structures.





Ya'll Nibbiars The Units were larger, the Price was also on the higher side, so sales were slower.

Another thing is, in Goregaon, Borivali, Jogeshwari, no one has a project as big as Oberoi in the entire micro market.

In Mulund their project size close enough to lot of other projects like Runwal, Wadhwa, Neelam, Piramal, Sheth and now Prestige. Brutally competitive.

Those who want to have office space, Mumbai has a lack of space thats wh buildings are going vertical, else in bangalore everything is flat.

The Tower M in the KLCC Underconstructions. While we are still stuck in the Socialist Era regulations. The Petronas is adding another Tower and this time the tallest in the world again. The Roof Top height is estimated at 700 meters, the spire height is unknown.
