Please a small doubt freinds

I just now read in indian express that india is loosing its edge over air power with pakistan.though i know that IE is not a trustworthy newspaper which once stated only 60% of arihant is made in india.however the news says that india under 12th plan is set to have only 31 squadrons while pakistan currently have 29 squadrons with new orders for f16block 52,j10,j17 aircrafts of which a considerable number have been delivered already.with MMRCA with slow pace what will be our IAFs air power in numbers with decommissioning of mig21s please say about our new acquisition plans for su 30 mkis .admin please clear my doubt that will IAF be able to maintain its edge over our rivals

Well it seems that of those 29 squadrons, 25 of them are pigs flying...

So no I am not worried
