Is this the actual video of missile test? I have doubts the missile never fires? Hows it possible?? Missile engines should fire right????
Its air launched cm bro no flames on exhaust also no need for booster stage, its sub sonic in speed regime so no need for rocket booster

Did it bounce first on impact and then came the explosion?
Yep I think instead of explosion on impact it used delayed explosion after impact which may means it have explosion after penitration logic, cm look like ment for HVT strike not like normal one's ,anyway its in subsonic regime once it detected it will get shoot down

But our Brahmos ALCM show flames. And Raad2 is said to be about 600km , so u dont need boosters for 600km?

Becoz brahmos is supersonic cm which don't have any counter measure so in order to attain supersonic speed bhrahmos free lofted from aircraft then ignite its boosters then after attaining supersonic speed it's boosters sprarated and main engine starts functioning

Also plz don't compare our air launched cm with pak versions they don't have any effective equllents or counter's to our cm arsenal

PS: pak fan boys don't call it cm802 as supersonic shit, its blunder like ur thunder

The basic working principal of a cm is it just like a jet powered drone which follows predefined waypoints and in terminal it may or may not have man in loop like control where remotely guide the cm to target but in new gen cm it removed and added image based or corodrinate based target attack ( man in loop system vulnerable to ew and control system failures),and more over effectiveness of cm dependent on three factors size , speed, fly path, for example a subsonic cm with terrain hugging config with small size very difficult to intercept which make it most favorite weapons for long range standoff attack like Strom shadow and Turkish and Korean counterpart's, now consider air launched bhramos which is supersonic in nature and have completely dynamic fly path or operational path which make even difficult to intercept becoz both intercepter missiles and targeting supersonic cm in mach 2.2 above régime so control laws and predefined point to intercept have to change very nano second also even u do the successful interception chance is less than 30% ,also only few Sam system have this ability and they are western origin, so I hope I answered all your doubt's and my view on new Pakistani toy

Pakistan considers Chinese attack helicopters on back of stalled AH-1Z, T129 deals
Pakistan looks set to turn to China for its attack helicopter replacement needs after US embargoes halted sales of rival Bell and Turkish Aerospace products.

Islamabad had in 2015 ordered 12 Bell AH-1Zs under the USA’s Foreign Military Sales process and then followed that in 2018 with a deal for 30 Turkish Aerospace T129s worth $1.5 billion.

But the AH-1Z sale has been on hold since US President Donald Trump cut security funding to Pakistan, and export sanctions related to the US-built LHTEC T800 engines which power the T129 has led to the suspension of that contract.

This impasse, and a pressing need to retire its fleet of 48 Bell AH-1Fs, is now pushing Islamabad to consider alternatives, Major General Syed Najeeb Ahmed, commander, army aviation, told Defence IQ’s International Military Helicopter conference in London on 26 February.

“We are looking at other options. One of them is in China in the shape of the new attack helicopter they have created called the Z-10ME,” he says. “In case the first two options do not materialise this third option will be considered.”

Pakistan had previously evaluated an earlier version of the CAIC Z-10, but Ahmed says the latest iteration has improved weapons and systems.

Ahmed is extremely doubtful that the AH-1Z deal can be resurrected, and although Turkish Aerospace is developing an indigenous replacement engine for the T129, he is not confident that this will be ready in time.

In fact, Pakistan has set a deadline of July this year for a final decision, Ahmed says.

The relative urgency is driven by India’s capability increases, as New Delhi grows its fleet of Boeing AH-64E Apaches.

“The Cobras are no match for the Apaches that the Indians are getting,” he says. “We definitely want to match that [capability].”
