can anyone tell me how to find the date on which satellite imagery was taken/updated on google earth/maps?

For phone app and web version , i cant find it either , it was there , i think they removed it.

Used to be at bottom bar , showing lat/longitdue .

You can check and see if the image as Exif data.. if it does then you can find the date there

Only possible on Google Earth Pro Desktop app (AFAIK).

There you can choose option to see old images with a slider, which has date of the imagery.

. I liked to search sat images when I was in 12th. But I wasn't very knowledgeable of IDing things and as I got to university I lost touch. Now I again started going through them and as I came through you and mokoman I thought why not take your help and get some knowledge.
I started by identifying some structures, vehicles, equipment, etc on maps which i saw when my father was posted or visited various bases. Now that he has retired I can no longer see them physically so I go through sat images.

Searched web , that round thing maybe something called a DME beacon ,

The red white circles maybe ground markers for pilots , dunno what they stand for.

if the color pink which is distorted as red cuz of sat imagery..then this could be it.

looks like mig 23s or mig 27s but aren't both of them retired??

its from 2019 , kinda looks like they are taking them apart in later images.

also looks like building hardened shelters on same spot , could be wrong tho.

These are retired airframes, kinda like a boneyard. You will find such in most of the airbases.

A satellite image of Dabolim International Airport, Goa. Airport can serve as both a Military and Civilian airport. The runway has a length of 3,430 meters (11,253 ft). (Not sure about exact date)

Coordinates : 15°22′51″N 073°49′53″E

Latest Image of Dabolim airport. I have noticed that the position of the IL-38s has changed, the last time I saw a satellite image of the air-base, I saw 3 IL-38s outside their Hangars. Right now, from latest images we can see 2 Ilyushin Il-38s in the airport with one Parked in front of its Hangar and the other IL-38 is taxing (either to take off or go to its Hangar because it has landed)
