I like to request person in charge to make a little change in the way posts are deleted.

Guys, i feel, it will be better if a copy of post(which is to be deleted) is send to the poster after clearly highlighting objectionable area. I think this will reduce the chances of repetition of all the odd which makes a post candidate for removal. Plus if possible please have a recycle bin where deleted post can be stored for sometime before permanently deleting them.

There is always a soft delete function, and Mods employ that. But sending a copy to the Person is hard to do, unless we install a vbmod for that. God Speed
