Oil plays a very significant part in Shaping political islam.
We discuss that stuff here.

@ezsasa will need yous inputs.
The recent Hamas-Israel War convinced me to create this thread.
This thread is public so we will try to keep the tone sensible and formal and I'll request other to do so.

As you can see oil is a finite resource and there is a limit as to how much longer it can be exploited.

Researches have said that it is about 50 to 60 years till we run out of oil given the current rate of consumption but it could be faster if Demand were to increase in develping economies.

lets say 40 years.

As you can see SA is fully aware that Oil wont be the king a few years from now and thus he is facilitating a transformation in the economy to tackle the impending issue. To move away from Oil SA has to go through some societial level change as well which will reflect on its Internal as well as external policies.
SA also represents Political Islam so it will have a deep impact on it too.

We in this thread are trying to speculate The future of Oil producing Islamic nations in a futute where oil is not the king.

Since we are talking SA how can we not include other GCC countries which are trying to modernize but still medieval/racist towards our kinds. Most of these Gulf nations are build by the blood and sweat of Indian or folks in the subcontinent yet they are treated in an apartheid like situation especially the blue collar workers. No one is given citizenship even if they have been living in the country for decades nor any stake in the Political representation. Compare this to other non-western countries like Singapore and Mauritius which also has a good amount of Indians you see how the difference. For eg: Qatar and UAE has more Indians living there than the local emirates..so much so if we really want to make Akhand Bharat are revisionist in nature all the tiny GCC country would India's colony rather vice versa.

You produce more, you reduce prices and margins. If you reduce production to increase prices, you lose it to the Russian Urals in the Indian and Chinese markets. Need to reduce dependence on oil from these sandniggers.
We need to hear more of this from hostile states like Qatar and Kuwait. These little sheikhdoms sitting under the American testicles think that they can play the big games. Indian access to Russia's oil and gas from its far north regions needs to be an energy priority. The more we move away from the desert barbarians, the better it is for us. We can then start arm-twisting them over something even more critical - food, to make things happen.

If we play this game right, don't be surprised to hear Aum chants loud and clear from the Arabian heartlands in the next 20 years. Remember, their religion is a tool of control, not a vessel of spirituality. They will get rid of it faster than he second-hand converts in the Indian Subcontinent.

Angola has walked out of the OPEC+ grouping. The country's reason was the production cuts imposed by bigger members like Russia and Saudi who wanted to encourage production cuts to boost prices.

Speculation is that the Angolans are cozying up with the Americans and now that they are outside the organization, may collaborate with Uncle Sam on oil exploration and exports.
