India's First "Electricity From Garbage" Plant Will Be Setup In Ramna, Varanasi, PM Modi's Lok Sabha Constituency. It will first convert Garbage into Coal and then that product will be used for producing Electricity. The capacity of this plant will be 880MT of waste processing. This plant will be fully eco-friendly and will not disturb the environment and people living in nearby areas. The construction of this plant is expected to begin in the November month of this year at a cost of Rs. 150 crore. The construction of this plant is going to be begin at a time in which the whole world is facing coal shortage and it may prove to be a boon for Varanasi hitting two "Porki pigs" with a single stone.
