The Indian Army aims to procure around seven lakh AK 103 rifles, and which will be eventually be produced by the OFB.

That is very good. Can you put a price against each and total it up and when is the cash due.

Attempt can be made going thru media reports, but I think the outcome will be misleading and inconsistent.

These days, there is big support cost included in the sanctioned amount. And missile packages are signed separately.

I don’t want to over complicate this.

Ties with China too have been warming up lately.
US started putting vitriol in ties, not us. Second, India's an autonomous state. Not having a pre decided policy of being aligned with first world and against second world.

Next year govt will change and all these acquisitions will be delayed for another decade. Nobody is really concerned as National security gets fcuked up.

A little mistake.
The two Grigorovich are being bought off the shelf for 0.95 billion. Not 1.45 billion

No country is going to part with tech like Russia and Israel. But even Israel's hands are tied when it comes to certain technologies and products since they get funds from Uncle Sam and Uncle had got a say in what Israel can sell and share with her allies.

Case in point being the Arrow interceptor.

No one is going to part with strategic tech other than Russia. INS Arihant and her sisters being an example..

Even we used Agat seekers initially for PAD and AAD interceptors.


Let Uncle Sam give us ToT for the F414 EPE and lease us a Virginia block 1 SSN, then we can think about the US of A.

As far as going to bed is concerned, we are Indians. We aren't a vassal state, nor do we have to depend on others for our survival. We are a strong and powerful nation.

And we follow Chacha jis Non Aligned policy. We always steer clear of the power blocs.
