Nose section normally has a payload bus , which depending on internal volume of nose section and size and weight of article can carry either a single or multiple articles.

The payload bus has the necessary RCS and VTP to orient and maneuver itself to release the articles in a defined pattern

The diameter of K4 is estimated 1.3 meter. In order to get MIRV, you will need a RV with base diameter around 50 cm which is smaller than any current RV that India already tested. So, in order to put on MIRV, India will need a bigger missile.

Arihant is underwater platform, so is Arighat and Pontoon, does Aridhaman or S4 exists well than it's too a underwater platform capable of firing K-4

I was thinking along the same line. Although, you cannot help but think that the text of the article is quite ambiguous They should have specified in the body of the article too that it was fired from Arihant.
