Missile test NOTAMs

Any sort of missile test undergoes extensive ground test at first. For any BMD, the seekers undergoes extensive test even before integration in missile.
If any missile gets inducted and goes into series production, then its tests depends on user. User generally does one or two test at max in a year. So missile testing is not like rifle testing. Its ground testing is more important then flight test.

Missiles Not aircraft .

NOTAM are issued in Airport Authority of India website and NAVAREA Warnings in Hydrobharat website .

So area bounded in the NAVAREA warning was only 350 km, while Agni I's range is 700 km. Does that mean that the missile wasn't tested to full range? Shouldn't a training launch be done at full range only?

Not necessarily what is required is to check parameters. If trajectory is accurate in short range it will work full range too in principle. Only some full range tests are necessary .

Also warning needs to be issued for costal areas and shipping routes into deep ocean satellite monitoring is enough
