GaN based AESA tech is rare and only few have it, we are developing it and will be ready by 2026 as per DRDO.
KF21 has no radar absorbent material will be added later
Adding it is no difficult task, plus it is not into production, only prototype hence its obvious once it goes into production, it will use Radar absorbant materials.

783 in LCA Tejas, maybe 950-1000 in AMCA if GaAs is used.

736 in the initial prototypes,992 in the radar of Tejas mk 2,don't know about the type of radar that will go in AMCA nosecome...
Then AMCA might have 1100 tR modules for GaAs i mean initially amca testing will be done on GaAs till 2026 when GaN comes

Imagine having 1200-1300 T/R modules in Aesa radar as GaAs it would be a killing machine!
If it uses 1200 GaAs T/R Modules then imagine how much in GaN based AESA.
And also a furnace in the nose which would require a proven cooling...
