A separate budget was needed for gaganyan project to be completed in given timeline many problems in project are as follows
1. Payload capacity of gslv mk3 is not ideal for hsf they should have opted for sce200 to complete which can support more life saving environment in capsule than gslv mk3

2. Many testing are being bypass or outsourced which only results in disaster historically for isro

Even with all that timeline is not feasible the day he announced project we all estimated budget arround 14000crore specific for this project which is not adequately been allocated to this project even this year allocated amount is half of what was mentioned demand for grant which was made by current director of isro

More manpower is directed towards this project instead of defence and strategic satellite projects are delayed by a year or two

Ok we all know that gisat failed to reach orbit but do you know back then a backup gisat2 was perposed to be launched in case of mishap which actually happened. But backup sat is nither in pipeline nor in sight of books due to changed priority.

I can literally go on and on about how it actually killing statgic capablties as many sat are about reach end their tenure and no replacement sat is ready which never happened earlier

ISRO seriously needs to get much, much better with its performance. A pathetic launch rate using the COVID excuse when other countries barely slowed down.

No, other countries too literally stopped. Except for the countries; US, China, Russia and France which have far bigger aerospace industries than rest of the world, everyone has slowed down. Even most of space programs in world have effectively collapsed.

RISAT-1A is Also called as Radar Imaging Satellite-1A right?

By the way I have heard that RISAT-1A is planned to be launched on 14 February 2022 And Time Is 5:59AM. It will be launched using Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle. I hope there are no delays of any sort.

What is the Size of RISAT-1A? Is it a small satellite or is it a big satellite? Because by looking at some of the Pictures, it doesn't even look to be as big as a Normal Human being. Any clue about it's Dimensions?

Its mass is listed as over 1800 kg. That's much bigger than a normal human being. Even bigger than average Americans!

Cartosat-3 was launched on 27 November 2019 using the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) and is currently in service with ISRO. So what is it about Cartosat-3 you want to know about?
