Ya'll Nibbiars IDF is not going to enter the city but will seize it till the general population is derived of basic commodity and either starved to death or turn against Hamaz. And can wait for months for that to happen, ofcourse the MEA relations will take a dip but it is waht it is.

The problem here is the tunnel network that extents into Egypt. They also use this as a trade route for smuggling goods from which hummus collected taxes funding their terror operations.

edit:

Hamas collected revenue by taxing goods moving through a sophisticated network of tunnels that circumvented the Egyptian crossing into Gaza; this brought staples such as food, medicine, and cheap gas for electricity production into the territory, as well as construction materials, cash, and arms.

The Art of Deception and the Failure of Intelligence

The failure of top-tier intelligence agencies like the CIA, NSA, 5 Eyes Alliance, MI6, and Mossad to anticipate the devastating assault by Hamas on Israeli civilians on October 7th is deeply concerning. Historically, rocket exchanges between factions were not uncommon. However, the acts of extreme violence, including the killing of innocent concert-goers simply reveling in music, is an absolute tragedy.

These agencies, renowned for their intelligence-gathering prowess, were caught off guard. One could argue that their over-reliance on electronic surveillance overshadowed the need for human intelligence (HUMINT). Reports indicate that while Mossad monitored Hamas' regular activities, they missed the covert transportation and conversion of explosive materials into rockets in subterranean chambers. Hamas members carrying handheld weapons was deemed a typical sight, presumably for internal and external security purposes.

Additionally, Hamas political leaders engaged Israel in peace talks, casting an illusion of a stable path forward. In a show of goodwill, Israel even granted work permits for nearly 40,000 to 50,000 Arabs from Gaza to work in neighboring Israeli towns. The prevailing sentiment was that economic prosperity would further the peace process.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the reality. Behind this façade, a few skilled and organized individuals covertly gathered intelligence on Israeli defenses daily. Underground tunnels became assembly lines for rockets. Arms were stored in conspicuous places to avert suspicion. Top Hamas military leaders communicated discreetly, if at all, ensuring Israeli intelligence remained in the dark.

The timing for their assault was meticulously planned, capitalizing on internal political divides in Israel. External factors, such as the US's focus on Ukraine, also played a part. The chosen day coincided with a Jewish holiday and a large music concert. This meant both Israeli military personnel and civilians were at ease, their guards lowered. The operation commenced with a barrage of rockets, bulldozers breaking through security walls, and Hamas militants infiltrating homes, concerts, and military establishments. Their merciless rampage culminated in taking numerous hostages from the concert and military facilities.

The absence of electronic communication meant leading intelligence agencies couldn't detect or predict this attack. This operation, rooted in deception and fueled by relentless propaganda, was executed with chilling precision.
In my view , it is insiders job , sombody who want to f**k natyanhoo deliberately hold the information!

The Chinese have adopted the smartest solutions in dealing with Islamic terrorism. They literally control their holy book and what gets printed. This way, the Muslims in China are de-fanged from the beginning. China must teach the world how to defang the Muslims without exterminating them in a mass war.
That only works because China can't be sanctioned due to how much western economies depend on China and because of how small their Muslim population is. And because of how small the Uighur population is, they have no foreign allies for religious reasons unlike Iran with Hezbollah and Hamas. Maybe US wants to cause some trouble at the most.

Ya'll Nibbiars Don't think enough food and other commodities can be brought throughout the tunnels alone.

The Jews are not going to forgive the academics who blamed Israel for the terror horror unleashed by Hamas -

Harvard University: Truck displaying names of signatories of pro-Hamas statement circles the campus

The electronic billboard displayed the names and pictures of the signatories of the controversial statement under the banner "Harvard's Leading Anti-semites."
Good. NRIs should display anti india lunatics.

Every well known US university has this "South Asia" groups. Run by either wanna be brown coolies or pakistanis. If any indian want help they must give in into these south asian idiots. It was horrible experience.

Chinese students have their own groups but college administration does not allow Indian students to form their own groups.

Harvard is the JNU of US. Most of our judges, activists specially choose harvard for this reason.

Israel Health Minister directs hospitals not to prioritise treatment of Hamas terrorists over civilians, soldiers

“In these trying times, the health system should give its full attention to the care of the criminal massacre victims, the IDF soldiers, and the readiness for the next.”

That's how they are, they take things really really really really personally and because of how much institutional power they have, they can actually really fuck someone over for it.

I am more interested now in the siege more than even the ground campaign. OSINTs are predicting that the ground campaign most likely would come in 15 to 20 october

What happened to Barkha Dutt? A lot of liberals are suddenly dropping their pro-Islamist stand.
you need to be in good books of yahudi - to maintain membership of Liberal Elite Network. Same reason why Paki response is also muted - albiet latter is doing that for getting regular khairaat for Amrika.

Pakistan adopts careful tone on Israel, experts read between lines

There may be other considerations. Pakistan is mired in an economic crisis, relying on a $3 billion bailout from the International Monetary Fund. Michael Kugelman, director of the South Asia Institute at the Wilson Center, told Nikkei that Islamist groups in Pakistan are under the influence of the powerful military and have likely been advised to keep a low profile, to avoid antagonizing Western governments just when Islamabad badly needs assistance.

Siege with gradual tightening of noose around Gaza can yield most results I think . All out assault can succeed if IDF launches multi pronged attacks and traps Hamas in multiple pockets and annihilate them with artillery, armour & infantry WWII style . It'll cause heavy casualties to both sides particularly to civilians but it'll end Hamas problem for good .
