It's actually Pakistan that is over.
To put things in perspective, if India had followed Pakistan's fertility rate curve, by now we'd be having over 2 billion people & our economy would be just as fucked as Pak's!.. Paki economic condition will keep going down deeper into the gutters as more & more uneducated, unemployable, unqualified mouths to feed are being added every year. With the population highly radicalised it's deemed near impossible to imbibe family planning unlike the Muslims in India, especially after the Taliban takeover.
