For this complex junction, they should've designed a hybrid interchange (combining cloverleaf, stack and turbine). Yeah, why not? The radii of the ramps will be designed according to the required speed (the one you showed is huge because it's probably designed for expressway speeds). The equivalent cloverleaf design will always have a larger footprint.
