The Hyderabad police on Saturday announced the arrest of nine people allegedly involved in an Rs 712-crore investment fraud said to be masterminded by Chinese citizens based in Dubai. Commissioner C V Anand said that a portion of the ill-gotten fund was linked to the foreign terrorist organisation Hezbollah.

Starlink will be subject to local jurisdiction. I don't think Elon Musk is stupid enough to ruffle any feathers in India.

Starlink will have the same rules as all other ISPs in India. Musk was smart enough to withdraw from Twitter's war against our government once he bought it and removed all the woke fanatics.

Starlink operates in Ukraine because Pentagon directly rules that country and what the US says, goes. That is not possible here without severe consequences. Given how PM Modi has managed to bring the Americans down to our level and see the mutual benefits of cooperation, it is unlikely that they will resort to extra-judicial adventures in our country.
