AK alpha is Isreali-American assault rifle developed by Kalashnikov Isreal and Kalashnikov USA for civilian market.

AK Alfa is for civilian market (it out).
Fab mod upgrade offer good upgrade for ak(of different varieties).many in para SF and RR like there fab mod AK.It is good platform and performance of fab mod AK and AK alpha 105 is same but it can't able to beat modularity provided by alpha upgrade.

He is Khairnar Milind Kishore, Garud Commando who were martyred during an operation in Kashmir. He were awarded Shaurya Chakra Posthumously.

Actually I am not able to understand how fab mod and ak 105 are same as ak 105 is modular and can be fitted with many accessories compared to fab mod ak

Just a curiosity

The difference is that the 105 mod has a longer handguard. With longer rails on 3, 6, 9 and 12'O clock positions. The rest about the same. Fab decided to put a handguard with same length as original AK handguard. It can be modified anytime. In that sense, the mod SSS Defence is offering is the best.

This is the first step towards closer cooperation and integration towards joint operations.

The Americans have similar SOF liaison teams in Korea, Japan, Poland, Phillipines etc.

If they don't move beyond the lip service then it will be nothing more than putting lipstick on a pig.

If it goes the way the other countries I have listed above then the by product ends up being GROM / Unit 707 , Light Combat Battalion. Where due to the need for jointness the host countries js forced to upgrade tech and training. The cost is that when the Americans call we will be obligated to deploy with them (from an SOF perspective).
