Well that is absolutely not true. Most SF officers in the West use SF as a stepping stone in their career that’s true.
This is an abject prejudicial and flasehood you have stated and reflecetion of a self made image your imaginary idea has made in your mind. It shows either you do not know the facts or your preloaded mind would not allow you to look into facts. But the Indian army seems to have a serious problem in the inflexibility of their officer class, how many non-infantry officers have become COAS?
Even if All SF officers are made Lt Gens still some others will be there as Lt Gens. What do we do then? Kill all others to ensure that only SF officers are Lt Gens in the Army. What kind of irrational and absurd outlook is this.It should also be taken into account that comparably there are very very few SF officers so the numbers game favours conventional officers rising up the ranks inherently
Base Guarding in Northern India is one of the most important things in India as per our threat. For base guarding and PT it’s unlikely you’d use your Gucci gear anyway.
in their mock drills across India they seem to have their top quality gear, see Pathankot too
This is significant because, AFAIK, Tonbo doesn’t make the classic-styled single-tube helmet-mounted NVG, which means that the NVGs used in the 2016 Surgical Strikes were either 2-tube/2-sensor or 4-tube.A fresh news report says that the Indian startup Tonbo supplied the helmet-mounted NVGs used in the 2016 Surgical Strike.
This Indian startup is helping the army keep the borders safe from Chinese incursions
Tonbo Imaging, based in Bengaluru, develops surveillance systems to help soldiers defend against enemy incursions and airforce carry out covert reconnaissance missions.www.moneycontrol.com
Highly unlikely. Considering the fact that Indian sof still use single tube nvg's.which means that the NVGs used in the 2016 Surgical Strikes were either 2-tube/2-sensor or 4-tube.
The following are the helmet-mounted NVGs made by Tonbo as per their website:

Highly unlikely. Considering the fact that Indian sof still use single tube nvg's.
Fun question
What's taking them so long to procure the BNVD P. They're indigenous, plus they're less costly, and they're effective.
Even considering the dual tube variant will provide a significant boost to their capabilities.
And recently there was also a report that the army was procuring BNVDs along with the Mk48 LMG and SCAR rifles. They could have been bought already. Once pocured it could take anywhere from 6m -1.5 years of training with new kit to put it in an operational environment
All we can do is hope they did. They could have been bought already. Once pocured it could take anywhere from 6m -1.5 years of training with new kit to put it in an operational environment
Alot of those are ex Columbian, guatamalian, mexican special forces themselvesOff topic post.
Mexico's president visited a place which is known to be a cartel's stronghold. In turn the cartel released this propaganda video.

What you’re saying is almost a non-sequitur. (no offence intended; I am just stating a matter of fact)Highly unlikely. Considering the fact that Indian sof still use single tube nvg's.
Off topic post.

That's actually los Zetas cartel. Founded after 40 GAFE operators defected in 1999. Trained by US and Israeli SOF, most of them are dead now.Alot of those are ex Columbian, guatamalian, mexican special forces themselves

This includes cartels now seting up inteligence arms etcThat's actually los Zetas cartel. Founded after 40 GAFE operators defected in 1999. Trained by US and Israeli SOF, most of them are dead now.
