Gear of those VBSS teams looks good! Again the IN is moving ahead of the other sevices in terms of modernization.
But those sterlings! why?
Cant the navy buy them something that has been designed after WW2 ?

Soooo true!!! The IN has spent all that money on BPJs and helmets, side arms (and had the foresight) to equip them only to give them such vintage weapons!! I wouldn't be too surprised though if we did see new weapons in their hands sometime soon.
