Lol. So the greatest fix to this problem is using an Lungi wearing person to place a paver block in an Asphalt road or pour some concrete and use your bare hands to level it with other areas of road using house building equipment's.

And top of that they have big balls to post it on social media. Total clowns.

At least Indore Corporation doing much better job in managing waste even though not a rich Corporation.
On the other hand it is shambles in BMC.

I lived in a sahasra, a non descript town in North bihar for 1 and half years back in 2012
The only good things about that place was
1) it was a commissionarate
2) fish was cheap .
Rest everything was low tier level
But there two, with a non existent municipality folks in my locality paved the roads just like this
And here we have richest corporation of Asia doing the same.
When sahasra does it , I understand
When Mumbai does it , it feels bad
