Chinese train Tickets are very costly , no food in train on ticket price. India can run the similar project in lesser price, with more options. And we will do that. Right now we are doing well with our airline business , vistara and indigo and normal train system which is really good.

At max, 250km/hr does the job for us. We are already running semi fast trains which can reach 180km/hr with lavish meal and great comfort on board for 400km journey. More over you can carry good amount of luggage as well.

We will increase the speed to 200km/hr slowly. The test runs are already planned. And soon we will touch 300km/hr with bullet trains. but how economical will it be we have to see. If it solves the purpose or not only then.

You can't just simply build fast trains just to show off. It has to be according to your need and requirement.

Just because where the projects will take place is not mentioned doesnt mean there is no plan. In my home state itself nearly 200km of railway lines were converted to double track last year. This was 0km between 1947-2014.
If you're really curious about the projects do the research yourself. Google (should i say baidu) is your friend.

I have checked , not mentioned new railway lines operated in 2019.

That's the cheapest price 3rd class ac tier price. Quote the 1st class or second class price. Is meal included? How much is the luggage?

We operate 700km 2nd class compartment for just 195RMB with two meals and plenty of luggage, speed is slow 130-150km/hr but it does the job for us.

2) removing unmanned railway crossings
3) building bridges over railway tracks where ever necessary
4) dedicated freight corridor
5) last mile connectivity between ports and railway routes
6) increasing the average speed of trains

There are more such listed objectives, but I am skipping them.

As I said before, Chinese priority and Indian priority need not be the same.

2nd class ,first class is 265 , lagguage free.

I think is not expensive , and very comfortable and stable
