You ever see these being actually built half the buildings in mumbai seem to be in construction since a decade

Building which were planned from 200-250 mtr since start got built quickly without delays.

The problem was with all the buildings above 300 mtr. There were so many approvals to take in Mumbai that approval itself took 3-4 years. then the State cut height below 300 and then companies had to redraw and reinvent their plans.

Many years ago when I first visited TBHP they used to have a rule like 'No Politics' something like that. Now in every conversation they bring politics but only against BJP.
Few months ago there was a thread on new NATRAX test track in Indore (which was awesome btw) and the comments were like 'this thread promoting achievement of political party' like that.

good, now do an analysis on their respective municipal corporation budgets. and how much of it is allocated for road repairs.

yes same is with me. I came across it a decade back when they were one of the the best automotive forum at world level. But now has reduced to left leaning center bashing forum.

Most people are just showing off the new car they purchased and very very few car repair or refurbish thing.

The 1.2 Petrol engine from any manufacturer is the best engine for Cities and highway alike but these people all believe each car should have massive turbo or 2.0 and above engines.

Too far gone from reality and too much ignorance.

The projects which will benefit UP most are the Delhi-Kolkata Economic Corridor , Delhi Kolkata High Speed Rail Corridor and full operationalization of national waterway one These projects are passing through the entire length of UP connecting all major cities giving quick and cheap connectivity to Kolkata and Haldia port
Yogi should push the centre to complete these projects as early as possible if he is really serious about 1 trillion dollar economy dream by 2026

I bought In 1 - 6 GB ram variant for Dad. Utter smooth performance. No crapware.
Biggest Benefit: Excellent Camera which works on scale of Samsung in same price range.

Better than any phone available at its price range given its near stock android(stock android+some minor tweaks), butter smooth, no lag, used to warm up a bit while charging but that got sorted out during the last update, no garbage bloatware, adware, malware and lock screen ads like those Chinese spyware laden phones.

Had budgeted for the Pixel 4.. Micromax leke paise bach gaye. Only con is no call recording facility on my model. Guess later models have some tool. Camera is ok, I would give it a generous 3..has an average speaker compared to Vivo/Oppo...my usage is limited to calling, texting... so the rest of the phone gets a 4.5 based on its performance.
