A guy with 10 acre of land in USA can feed a family of 10 without any issue and earn from it too.

Suppose a IT coolie In American saves upto 200k doles over 10 years and buys a 10 acre land he can produce enough wheat, sugar, rice, potatoes, pulses, vegetables, Fruits, milk, eggs to feed 10 heads for entire year.
Doing so he essentially decouples himself form the mainstream economy because farmers produce most of their daily requirements in house.

This ends the cycle of Murican banks issuing loans and inflating the prices and charging high interest.

The folks eat healthy so chance of health Risk is also reduced.

You don't need to pay the cost upfront in US. They have very easy process of long term cheap financing.
One of my old colleague just bought a big home there worth around $565K on long term payment plan. The colleague is not even having PR and is in 3rd of stay there and having quite moderate salary.

Damn bruh it's a blood bath over there in Nalanda, my village lies in Gaya close to Jehanabad border. Land is 1 lakh rs katha and can go upwards 2 to 3 lakh for one not located on road. The ones on road can go upto 5 lakhs

india ranks 76 among 82 economies in social mobility index this is a very important metric because this means the wealth is getting concentrated to a few individuals and the rest of them can't quite climb the social ladder due to a wealth of reasons

I have a theory that this is because most of our workforce is trapped in low yield agriculture sector.

While much of our economy runs on service sector that employs those who had access to good education and other resources.

Unless we manage to develop our low end manufacturing sector this ranking won't change much.

I'm not an expert.
So I would greatly appreciate any criticism and feedback.

Ya'll Nibbiars and the entire list is edited by me not by some one. And It's outdated I knew because I have not updated it since December 2019. There are atleast 30 building which were completed now above the height of 150 meters which are not on the list. But I don't have time and also many building are missing due to the doubts on the exact heights then the numbers are much highers.

The numbers could be near 200 buildings now.
