Hizb-ul-Mujahideen militant Adil Hussain presented by police in a joint press conference with Army and CRPF on September 11, 2017 in Srinagar, India. Adil Hussain was arrested while two other militants were killed in the encounter at Barbugh area of Shopian of South Kashmir.

He already survived last year's winter. And btw, I am sure he lives at an urban/ suburban area in Kashmir as a normal civilian, he is a pro, why would he live somewhere in forest?

Could not agree more on this.
He ain't a sleeper, he is a trained professional commanding terror tasks in the valley. And we are sure that he has very limited contacts. He is not involving himself in operations but conducting via various means. It would be really hard for the intel agencies to nab him.
I guess, at this time focus of the forces is majorly concentrated in cleaning the terrorists in numbers. Its all game of priority..

its very easy to sit there and say they are incompetent they are not battle hardened as Indian army is which makes a lot of difference they are inexperienced for guerrilla attacks they are there to protect tunnel which means less resources with all due respect think before posting pathetic posts

Only I repeat only a few are there who actually work. Rest lend their work on others. It's a fact ask any one. And success of any operation is attributed to only these few in any organisation.
