The only thing I can think of is, if tangis are confirmed, get a drone up at the COAS site and maintain surveillance on tangos. If any manage to escape, halal his sorry arse with an A2G missile. Not sure of how far it's possible, but I'm just thinking out loud.

Also, stone pelters should beconsidered as belligerent since they are aiding and abetting the terrorists. They are no less terrorists themselves.
