I agree 1000%. Military does that.. we civilians unfortunately forget. There was a time when my family members (previous generation) used to practise pranayama and our exercises. Today, my younger siblings are busy on their Playstations the moment they are having vacations from college or schools.I think as we are INDIANS and being a part of the culture we must make use of our science and gain all the benefits out of that which are very useful in modern age war-fare and defence strategies.

Difference between X-95 and MTAR ? Wiki says both are the same..
No Tar 21 (Tavor) is different. The most visible difference is the longer barell.First one is Tar-21. Second one is MTAR or Micro tavor or X-95.
The short barrelled Tar-21 was just renamed to MTAR, Which could be used for special forces...Tar-21 came with short and long barrels in the beginning. After that MTAR(short barrel) came especially for special forces.
