None of your business. Criticize your country, the flag you display.
If he criticised China his entire family will be killed or sent to jail. Remember being a Chinese means being a pathetic slave to CCP . Let him live be merciful to Chinese.

They don't claim that because they have an extremely large area to monitor, with multiple adversaries spread out unevenly across the world (India doesn't have this problem -- with the exception of China's 2nd strike capability) making tracking and detection a herculean task.
They are also using completely different parameters to test their ABMs against targets. Targets, that'll obviously take advantage of the fact that the US BMDS has a large area to cover.
Obviously, that is not reality. If you look at the world map, you will find that US mainland is far away from her major adversaries military basis, such as Russia and China. The only weapons both countries can use to strike US mainland is ICBM. The route of this kind strick is limited only 2: 1. Through arctic; 2. Cross Pacific. So, for these threats, US only deployed 2 landbase BMD in Alaska and Carlifornia.
Meanwhile, after 70 years development, Americans have set up plenty of radars, sensors network all over the world. Also they can use their allies defense systems to detect, track and even destroy flying missiles. And their missile forces can threat the military, industrial and political centers with short range missiles.
On the other hand, India is facing a completely different situation. Her enemies can hit her with short range missiles from every part of border. So, actually it is India has to defend large area with many more defense sites.

BTW, Americans chant similar percentages with respect to THAAD, 100%, 90%, etc.
Please provide some decent sources to support this.

The "closeness" of India's adversaries (China & pakistan) isn't necessarily the Indian system "facing the worst situation".
Closeness of India's adversaries might make the reaction time of our ABMs shorter (which has already been emulated in our ABM tests) but it doesn't make early detection especially harder.
Americans can get at least 15 minutes warning time while India can only expect 3-5 minutes time.

Placing Early warning radars close to the border and/or high altitudes itself gives a significant boost to early detection of BMs.
Considering the huge Himalayias, the closely deployed radar's capability will be limited. Besides, those radars near the border will be more vulnerable.

Case in point, the placement of THAAD batteries in South-Korea. Its radar units are so powerful that it can indeed detect BMs very early on and it was possible only because it was placed in S-Korea close to NoKo. However, the Aegis radar on the guided missile destroyers that were far off in the sea were having trouble detecting NoKo missiles.

Also, the reason why China flipped out when the US decided to put THAAD batteries in SoKo but had remained relatively sated even though DDGs had been scanning the area for quite some time now, i.e. because of heightened early detection capabilities due to the positioning of radars.
Just an FYI, China hasn't protested the Japanese AN/TPY-2 radar which is exactly the same one deployed with the THAAD in SoKo.
So it is safe to say it is the geography(closeness) that's lending the advantage and not the radar alone, & it will be same for India with its Greenpine radar &/or Swordfish radars which will be placed close to both china and pakistan.

Now you can make an argument that India's detection network isn't perfect since it doesn't have a constellation of SBIRS like satellite detection system (yet) but you can't say we are worse off because of the "closeness".
Well, as I said, these Thaad radars are in South Korea, Japan land. The worst concequence of network failure is the destroyed KOREAN or JAPANESE bases or cities, not American's. And even after this, Chinese and Russian missiles are still have a long way to before they reach American homeland, on the way to their target, there are still lots of radar and SM.

In the case of India, what is behind these radars, well, INDIA CITIES.

Two little known villages in Alwar and Pali districts will soon gain strategic importance as they have been selected by the Defence Ministry’s Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for setting up radars to track enemy missiles.

Update:

The Pali facility now has new Google Earth Imagery available

Around 7 tunnel entrances and extensive admin facilities visible,

One EW Radar facility based on western border (Not in Pali )(possibly greenpine bcoz of weird shape) has now been completely dismantled,
