our Brass refuses to even acknowledge the issues between ORs and Officers after multiple such incidents - hell we even have a case of near mutiny in one unit in the past.

Even something like PTSD is brushed under the carpet saying its a western phenomena.

The allegations laid by Demai are very serious. What ever led to the friction must have history. Were the officers (CO/JCO) aware of the friction between troops? Hope truth comes out. There needs to be mechanism where soldiers can vent out their apprehensions/tensions without fear of repercussions.

The officers in charge and senior JCOs must be punished for failure to maintain discipline and order if such allegations are true. Sexual molestation is a symptom of breakdown of chain of command and discipline.

yea and OPSEC and SOP in our country is such that our media will report on the happeneings within hours of the arrest - leaked by the cops/military/Politicans. and then missinformation spreads even before the Fog can settle.
