Kashmir needs Winston Churchill. Cut off the supply for food and energy. Engineer an accidental grid breakdown. Put media black out. Put a siege and see it breaks during winter. Let it wither.

This can be done simply by blackmailing reporters at NDTV, instead of engineering a grid breakdown, because even if there is no electricity in the valley, foreign media outlets can still carry battery powered cameras. Those parts in Syria which are under conflict has no power since 2 years, but still we see videos uploaded to youtube.
