Unfortunately the Army law of trials :-
Anything under state of trials shall remain in such state until there are enough reasons to cancel the trials.

^^ I remember now. the engine is rear mounted making the Troop compartment horribly cramped. Couldnt make a quick exit out of the vehicle. Also i believe the engine and design compromised protection in some places..
