Don't give much credit to his comments about "Pashtun suffering". Pashtuns are allocated at least every 6 out of 10 government jobs, and that ratio gets higher the higher the position. They also get numerous other benefits and control.

I am concerned about our Afghan's brother since the past 3-4 decades they are refugees in pakistan.my heart bleeds for them..they are out the country while the uzbeks whom don't belong to afghanistan..

Karzai said right since Iran and Pakistan is its neighbors with whom it shares borders... but remember one thing that "brothers" often fight worse then "friends"... this is what Karzai wanted to say but JAHIL awaam of pakis got all filled up with "brother" word that they didn't understand its hidden meaning.
