Imo,In favor of allowing iran war, russia might have asked unkil to allow access to Afghan theatre as an exchange. Russia is one of the main benefactor of iran oil ban.
Exactly, iran war will make porkies geo political advantage redundant. And it also help us to "help" the baloch freedom fighters.
