Rajnath Singh said there were three air strikes. He said public knows about two but the third he can't speak about. Today sushma swaraj said the third strike was regarding the voters voting for BJP in this election. Similar cryptic statements were made previously too when he said that something big had happened post and people might not come to know about it previously.

Did we strike some nuclear infrastructure of Pakistan that we can't be told about it? Why are they so hush hush about it? What is it that they can't speak about it?

I think in this day and age customers can certainly specify some customization.

Try and commision a production run with 100-200 samples and see if the cost is worth it

It's not by choice.....it's just the standard colors that ACES (US company) makes them in.
Orange and white are normal parachute colors - to make them 'discoverable' by rescue teams. ACES has an additional green color......to make it look like a full on Indian flag!!!
