POK and Aksai Chin are useless. Focussing on Sindh is better. Sindh is less cost and high return. If we have rail route to Iran through Sindh and Baluchistan, we can connect to entire Asia and Europe rail network. India will see massive increase in exports.

ISI must be having something to blackmail him. That may be keeping him from spilling secrets.
I agree pension is meaningless.
Or he has already spilled the secrets. This pension thing could be a smokescreen.
