Nuke storage sites are built deep underground, which is out of penitrating power of any conventional wepons. This can be a pure accident.

If the purpose was "we see your nuclear bluff" then a Brahmos with HE warhead could have been the messenger.

Good for diplomacy but means zilch on ground. Hafiz Saeed is banned as a global terrorist with a $10 million bounty on his head by none other than the US of A. But what is the result? He continues with his dirty tricks with the help of Pak's Establishment ranting against India at huge rallies and sending his LeT yahoos into Kashmir to foment terrorism.

Ditto for terrorist Masood Azhar who will continue with his shenanigans with impunity with the help of the ISI. In fact he's so pissed off with the loss of Jaba Top that he'll try and go all out in Kashmir as retribution for India whipping his ass.

Like stairs painted with flags
even videos and pics of some of the TOP leaders inside balakot camp.
IMO, they had an insider who notified them of everyone in the camp and the right time to strike
