Chemical weapons as such are difficult to get, operate and dispose. Most of these gases are odourless, colorless and non-reactive. Once you pump these gases, you don't know where it is going, winds can take these towards civilians/friendly forces.looks like @vidhwanshak was right , they set house on fire.
something i dont understand , why cant they capture these rats alive , pump house with sleeping gas like russians do . killing them will only turn them into martyrs . want to see them in chains crouching on floor with sf like police do with thiefs.
So you have to evacuate the entire area and provide gas masks + NBC training to soldiers operating there. And after all the shit is over, how do you dispose off the gases safely without spending a huge amount of time and $$$ ?
Petrol is cheap, easy to handle and burns both bodies of terrorists and asses of sympathizers & operators.
