Brahmos has an Altitude of 15 km (49,000 ft) and the Missile can do sea skimming as low as 10 Meters. It's speed is Mach 2.8 according to various sources. And at-last I cannot find any information about it's dive.

Nose dive capability was added to allow targeting of targets behind mountains, where it flies over the mountain then turns sharply down to blast them from top.
