There is no introspection, in between moderate and fundie Momin, fundie Momin always wins, so the "reform" as to come from outside, like USSR to it's central asian republics, Kemalism followers on Turkey or what China is doing today, you can even take MBS of Saudi, but it's to early to say *what* exactly is he doing.
