I don't think default member of staff is an good idea. A member on its bad day may delete everybody's post and keep other MODs busy undeleting each and every post he/she has deleted. I know 10,000 is a huge number of posts and hopefully the member will be loyal towards the forum but every tom **** n harry can spam around to make it 10,000 and then start deleting others post regardless of the sense if that is right or wrong.

I think MODs or staff member should be chosen based upon the quality of posts only and not the number of posts - its a huge responsibility that cannot be given based upon the number of posts only

guys a special cheer to the two men working behind the scenes on the graphic aspect of the forum namely banners,flash ,favicon ....
we are trying a lot of new banners and styles which will add a better look to the theme

Don't make the banner in black as that color doesn't go with the rest of the site. Use shades of blue/grey as the background color for the banner.
