Scan on foreign NGOs over rights data
Telegraph
The article enunciate the following:
1. India is watching three Dutch and Danish NGOs which is said to have reportedly 'cultivated' voluntary organisations in NE India to gather data that is anti India for presentation to the UN.
2. The officials of these organisation will face visa restrictioins.
3. The voluntary organisation has been 'collecting' data on the SF 'atrocities' especially in Manipur.
4. The Danish Institute of Human Rights (DIHR) and Dutch Catholic Organisation for Relief and Development have been placed under watch.
5. The Danish International Development Agency is already on the watch.
6.
DIHR has also been funding unregistered NGOs.

It is no way to check if the 'atrocities' that these Indian organisation funded by foreign agencies are indeed true or is being 'matched' to a wider foreign anti Indian agenda.
It must be remembered that one cannot get a true picture of the situation if one has a preordained 'theory' and then fit the 'facts' to support that theory.
A true picture can only emerge when 'facts' are unearthed and then 'theories' emerge as to what has happened.
There is no doubt that foreign countries and there organisations are fishing in troubled waters basically to keep India and third world countries in check to conform to their pressures.
These pressure maybe to ensure that India is more amenable to their economic, diplomatic and other requirements.
