It's eating up the screen space. Why are the registered members seeing this anyway? We agree to the site terms and conditions when registering so there isn't really any need for you guys to show it like this.

Actually, just show it at the bottom of the page. Top should be reserved for forums first. I mean it's not even collapsable so I just have to scroll down (since I have too many tabs open already with this site).

Please do something about it.

you can collapse that window and it wont be visible

the problem is solved all sections can now be customized by the user as to what he wants to see and what he does not need
