China navy don't have the habit of deep blue sea operations as USN, but it's only a question of time.
Except USN no one can match them.

Except you can't build experience faster. Chinese are literally putting way to young and inexperienced guys in charge of these ships combined with substandard chinese equipment what could go wrong??

China is still decades away from having credible bule water capability.

I'm afraid USN will not have decades of supremacy. Just see the china navy improvements in the last 10 years !
They now have the ships and the budget to train and train and test.

Experience can't be build just by doing artificial training. It comes with active deployment all over world which usa build over decades . fighting real wars all of which usa UK and France and India have done over past decades using their carriers.

Also with training with those who have actual naval experience like how India learns from training with usa aircraft carriers and marines.

China can't by its way out of this .

On top of that it takes decades to build relationships and naval bases which might let you operate from there soil when active war is going on ??
Does china has a single such base in another country??

It takes decades to build supply chain to be able to replenish your ships across oceans !!

And on top of that china has way too many enemies .

Out of top 10 biggest military spending nations on planet 1 & 3 ( usa and india ) are actively hostile to china rest ( uk France japan etc ) have no love lost for china. Chinese navy faces insurmountable odds in its voyage. It faces hostility from its doorsteps to almost in every major ocean .

Another hidden intention is guarding the traffic of Indian ocean. large amounts of imported engergy and export to mid east and EU rely on Indian ocean. In coming decades, we will see more existence of PLAN fleets and naval bases apear in the region. Plus the DF26 is designed for the target of crucial objects in Indian ocean, China will have enough ability for securing the supply chain in this area.

I don't think so, it's a half century project to meet the same level as USAN and it's just the beginning.
China never lack of long term planning for similar strategic goal:
1. 40 yrs from preparation to completion of 1st Tibet-Qinghai railway
2. 25 yrs planning from 1st Russian based AC to duplication of CV17
3. 20 yrs from preparation to completion of 5 artificial islands in SCS, even you see only 2 yrs fast construction.
