They aren’t new, they’re the standard for 1-2 years already, the only odd one out is the MARPAT one.

The design of the new uniform . Pretty functional if you ask me .

However if they paid a little more they could've gotten an even better uniform.
The current uniform costs around Rs.3800
I looked up and saw that Paracom Ripstop/polyester/cotton QZCTs cost around 1800 and pants around 1300 .
Even if we consider the pants to be a little more expensive , say 2000 we'd get the exact cost of the current uniform but better .
Add the cost of a Avg jungle boot from Unistar or Liberty Warrior Rs.750-1100 .
We'd get an Est 4550-4900 . Minus the cap . Which means "hamara accha se kaat raha hain"
