Left One is either US Woodland or Leaf Pattern.
I am assuming these are Afghan Army and Police Soldiers.

The other guy doesn’t look like a British soldier the other guy looks like a Afghan as well might be from the Afghan Army or Police Special Forces unit and look at his name and unit plate both are written in Arabic or Dari and it looks like shoulder patch has some picture of some Afghan politician or mulla on it.
