How comparable the Mk2 under development in India is to F-16 (updated version).

Everybody in the world who use F-16 are not likely to get F-35, hence they have to settle for Mk2 or similar. The Turkish or the South Korean version does not come close to F-16. The only advantage the Korean version is that they have a larger and more sophisticated manufacturing base. Whatever they produce will be reliable. Who cares for Turkish version. Pakistan can buy it.

A silly question please, what percentage of Gripen - E components are Swedish made and what percentage they buy it elsewhere outside of Sweden?
