2)Either it may pass with strict conditions like minimum 130k salary and reduced number and who knows..
But in near future the past H1B holders may face problems in terms of renewal....
Two things may happen in future...likewise the US companies can't pay higher salaries or their profit margins will become slimmer or may fall in deficit too..
What our companies have a advantage..we can work hard for 12-16 or even 18 hours without complaining for the same salary.
So our companies duty is to take on rest of countries except US and make sure US companies loose in terms of business and money...

More than half of the H1B visa holders in any given year are indians.

You don't have to be a US citizen to legally own guns. Just go get a CCP. This may vary from state to state. I know for a fact that in North Carolina, you could legally own a gun as long as you are a legal resident.

Yeah it varies from state to state.
