It's not exactly that, basically once some site/app becomes popular i.e it is the first in it's own category that just werks, the "powers that be " try to establish control by getting in their folks as employees, or as members of the board/investors.

Let me give you my honest opinion and how things in the real world work.

I can say the election was rigged you can say the same we can say china printed the ballots and overturned the elections.

Unfortunately or fortunately the world does not work this way you need concrete proof to back up your claims you need to testify under oath you need tapes recordings proofs and witness that actually speak under oath.

You have the state courts and you also have the supreme courts for such issues.

The reailty is for all his claims about fraud and evidence he has not been a able to provide a single shred of proper evidence or the bombshell leaks either to the courts or his supporters. The little evidence they did show was never under oath so that they remain immune against action in case the evidence was manipulated or wrong.

On the site were he asks for donations to fight the case their is a small fine print messege which states anything under 8K$ will not be used for court cases.

He kept on shouting that an election fraud was going to happen and yet he could do nothing about it?

Reality is that he has failed to provide any decent evidence and simply shouting election fraud won't win him or his supporters a second term.
