You will notice the difference between the Phalcon and Erieye in the video.

Erieye does not have OTH capabilities. It depends on its passive SIGINT capability for OTH.

Also, 4:40 onwards the narrator says that information from the passive systems are all recorded during flight and then analyzed after landing. The Phalcon does everything in flight in real time with its supercomputers.

Pak will not have major problems in using the AWACS itself. For them only integration will be a problem. For eg: the Erieye claims to launch SAMS automatically after detection. But, PAF and PA SAMS are not data linked to the Erieye unless they buy new SAMS from Europe and not China.

also there needs to be a lot of manpower needed all being perfectly coordinated i don't know if pakistanis are capable of this kind of techincal communication in their services? Pakistan would never get AWACS israelis would not allow it and USA would not risk it being transferred to China.
