Ah nope,that is SG551 "SWAT" version (one with rails and so).

SIG516 is equivalent to HK416

NSG effect bro. As they train at manesar their weapon selection ,looks and gear are pretty much similar to NSG . If you have noticed police commando units have also modified & upgraded their Mp5s & Helmets just like NSG . Zeiss Sights are also pretty common nowadays which were first inducted by NSG.
