India has only itself to blame. It readily votes against israel to please islamic lobby. What else would happen. Israel faces continuous terror attacks and gets cornered. Same happened to india.

#BREAKING: UN Human Rights High Commissioner who wrote UN Kashmir report, Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, seen posing with radical Hurriyat separatists and Pakistan ISI agents in Geneva, hours after the report published. Ghost writers of UN Kashmir report from Pak ISI. India slams UN HRC.
:mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2:

We should immediately pull out of UNHRC and demand resignation of UN Human Rights High Commissioner for anti India propaganda.

The message appears more powerful coming form the US. Basically they gave words to what most were thinking anyway. The bias has been left bare to say the least. The US move also puts to rest any future US or Anglo-Saxon attempt to US the UNHRC report as a stick against India. After all how can you use a report that you yourself have rejected?

With the US withdrawal, UNHRC continues its slide into irrelevancy and India and China are smugly watching the club of goat-shaggers scratch their balls.

India is violating the human rights of islamists by not allowing them to freely murder people.

With US gradually pulling out, there will be a fund crunch in UN. Indian contribution will become more important. We have to make sure we get the correct returns for money spent.

So, why don't India withdraw? UNHRC is beyond useless institution. It is like having Huimmler the organiser of Fascist Watch.
India needs a leader like Trump who from day one doing what he promised. The best thing about Trump is that he is not giving a fuck about the baggage presstitutes tried to laden him with.

OTOH Modi couldn't jettison his baggage that was loaded on him for the purposes of making him soft.

OIC as a block has little power and relevance in this world. They do not even have a common trading block, which would be the simplest thing to achieve. Heck they do not even have many bilateral FTAs or free-movement agreements.

In contrast, EU is one big economic block, then you have ASEAN and of course the G7 countries. There's BRICS and SCO, but they are still evolving and not so integrated.

OIC is nothing but a club of degenerates who get off by wanking each other or more like wanking off to the other's misery- Saudis, Emiratis, Kuwaitis laugh at Iran's misery and vice-versa. Turkey laughs at both and gets laughed at in turn. No one cares about African countries in the block anyway. Indonesia and Malaysia pretend to sagely nod along to everything while closely aligning with countries outside the block.

This is the only forum where Shitistanis get a chance to whip out their wee wiener and not get laughed at publicly.

Even there, most countries have banned Pakis from migrating and working. Saudi Arabia has even banned Pakis from marrying Saudis to avoid a contamination of their race.

Literally no one can withdraw from any of the UN bodies, as provision for it does not exist in the code. However, metaphorically one can withdraw by denying acknowledgement of its actions. Instead of condemning UNHRC, India should just brush them of which would show India's total disregard for it.
Actually that is what India is doing right now.

First reject is out rightly, then intensifying COIN and CASO in Kashmir.

UN-Maoist Link???????????

UN wants India to release Saibaba who is serving life-term for Maoist links

HIGHLIGHTS
  • UN rights experts urged India to release jailed DU professor Saibaba
  • Saibaba was given life sentence for his links with Maoists
  • UN experts are concerned about his health

Delhi University professor GN Saibaba

United Nations rights experts are urging India to release the jailed Delhi University professor G.N. Saibaba, whose health is rapidly deteriorating

"We are concerned about reports that Dr. Saibaba is suffering from more than 15 different health problems, some of which have potentially fatal consequences," the experts said in a joint statement released in Geneva.

Who is GN Saibaba?

GN Saibaba, a professor of English at Delhi University's Ram Lal Anand College, was arrested by Maharashtra Police in 2014 and later given life sentence for his links with the Maoists.

The wheelchair-bound Delhi University professor GN Saibaba arrested on the charges of being a member CPI-Maoist, which has been banned by the government.

However, he has been in and out of the jail in between.

He was granted bail by the Supreme Court of India in 2016 and Justice JS Khehar pulled up the counsel of the Maharashtra government for opposing the court's decision.

"You have been extremely unfair to the accused. If material witnesses have been examined, then why do you want him in jail. You are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner," Justice JS Khehar said.

Maharashtra's Gadchiroli district police had accused Saibaba of acting as an overground worker for the banned outfit. Police claimed the professor runs an organisation which was acting as a front for CPI-Maoist.

The academic has denied this charge.

UN's appeal to India

UN rights experts in their statement have reminded India that "any denial of reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities in detention is not only discriminatory but may well amount to ill-treatment or even torture".

Saibaba is reportedly being held in solitary confinement and the experts have objected to it. "Solitary confinement should be prohibited when the conditions of prisoners with disabilities would be made worse by this measure," the experts stressed.

According to the UN statement, Saibaba was sentenced to life imprisonment for "waging war against the state" however, the judgment "allegedly failed to point out a single instance in which Dr. Saibaba was a conspirator to commit violence or provide logistical support to violent acts."

India is yet to respond to this appeal.

Regarding Iran sanction, our foreign minister said that she only followed UN mandates not the mandates of individual nations.

Well, UN is giving her the mandates now. She should start following them right away.

As soon as I heard her make that statement, I knew instantly that this is what will happen.
